Josh
The girls have been getting a lot of space on the blog lately so I thought I'd write about what Josh has been doing lately. First of all, he's been spending a lot of time in the garage. Since we moved our keys to the top of the fridge where he can't reach them, he hasn't been out there as much the last couple weeks, but he loves to put on his crocks and head out to the car. He even knows how to put the keys in the ignition, I'm sorry to say. He's also been learning to cook. If I'm in the kitchen he finds a stool and climbs up next to me to help. He's pretty good at not touching the pans on the stove (except for yesterday) and he loves to stir! Josh is obsessed right now with trucks, tractors, fire engines and motorcycles and is quick to point them out when he sees them or hears them. He's developed an early taste for "moneys" and is always trying to take change out of my purse or out of the girls' piggy banks and put it in his "pock-et." He also likes credit cards which this morning he took out of Nate's wallet and put down the vent in our hallway. He cleaned the wallet out pretty quickly. Luckily I was able to retrieve all of them. More than anything he is a joy to have in our family. He keeps us on our toes, but we wouldn't trade him for the world. I think he's cuter than cute and we're really grateful to have him.

Lia's Graduation
Lia is officially a first grader now (well, as of a couple weeks ago). She was so cute at her graduation. She had a little part in the program and did great! I really think she wasn't feeling good that day, but she didn't want to fess up because she didn't want to miss anything. She had a great first year and we loved her teacher, Mrs. Taylor. She also made some new friends at school too. I'm really excited to have her home this summer before I send her off for a full day of school next year.

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a great Memorial Day weekend. My sister surprised everyone by coming into town and the girls had an impromptu sleepover at my mom and dad's with their cousins. They were SO excited! They went to bed about 1:00 in the morning after the mom's finally left to go home and Lia woke everyone up at 6:00 am. They were a little tired the next day, but we still had a great day up at This is the Place State Park. Lia and Laura had a good time, but I have to say Josh had the best time. He could've stayed all day looking at the horses, riding the horses, and checking out all the baby animals. We spend most of our days doing things I need to do, or that the girls want to do, so I was so glad to see him having so much fun.
The kids and Nate look great, but could I look any more pregnant? Oh well, I have just nine more weeks to go... Really that doesn't sound short to me at all, but it will be nice to have some time to play with the kids before the baby comes and we stay in for a while. Overall I'm feeling pretty good (in case anyone was wondering), but I do have my times and days when I'm just plain tired and uncomfortable. I feel like I have so much to be grateful for though there's hardly room to complain. We are so grateful for our families and everything they do for us. We've really felt them watching out for us these last few months especially. I hope they know how much we love and appreciate them.
