Thanksgiving

 I got to help with Josh's Thanksgiving Feast at school. He was so cute and it was fun to be there!

 I was in charge of making the mashed potatoes for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. I bought A LOT of potatoes and I could not have gotten them done without the help of my great kids! I wish I had pictures of the actual dinner at my parents, it was so pretty. We had a great Thanksgiving!

Halloween

Megan got invited to a "witches tea" in our neighborhood. She was so excited and looked so cute!

Lia also got invited to the witches tea. She had a fun time getting ready for it!

We ordered Josh's costume in the mail and it was like Christmas when he got it! He ran around rescuing everyone. It was really cute.

Carving pumpkins. Our pumpkin carving got a little delayed when I found a mouse in our pantry that night...I've never been so grossed out--expect for maybe when I found him dead in a trap a couple weeks later. Yuck. But at least we still got to do the pumpkins that night.

Grandma Barson's Halloween party. Captain America was a popular costume this year. Daniel, Josh and Brian.

 Playing games. Her parties are always great!

The Halloween parade at school. So if you couldn't tell, Lia was a rock star, Laura was a witch, Josh was Captain America and Megan was Minnie Mouse.

Mother Daughter Activity

Lia and I got to go to a mother daughter activity with the activity day girls. It was a spa and breakfast. Needless to say Lia was so excited and we had a great time together!
