Later in June

Lia started a childcare business for the summer and it was a hit! The kids in the neighborhood loved it, their parents loved it, and she earned some good money. We also hung out at the Farmer's, Laura and her friends went to her friend Saige's cabin, the kids and I went to Cabella's and made slime while Nate was out of town, and Megan and Stella got snow cones.

Mid June

In the middle of June, we went to Nate's work party where Megan got her face painted and got to ride a pony, Nate finished his book on the Aaronic Priesthood that he's been working on for a long time and submitted it to a few different publishers (I am so proud of him!!), we did a neighborhood service project where Lia found a fellow "Office" fan, Nate offered to cook all the ribs for Father's Day dinner at Janet and Kent's and did a great job with them, Josh showed off his new 3D printed soda can holder, Josh and Kent and Austin worked on the truck, and Megan and all the cousins put on a play.

Summer Camps

The first week of summer, Lia went to Milestones camp with all the Laurels in the stake. They do it every other year with the stake presidency and focus on the Savior and preparing for the temple. Lia had a great experience and was so glad she got to go! Josh also had his Deacons camp. They went down to southern Utah and other than the hiking, Josh had a great time. Nate went down for most of it. I love that they get to do things like that together. And lastly, Megan and her friend Stella did a gymnastics camp in our backyard for a bunch of the little kids in the neighborhood. They made fliers and delivered them and communicated with all the moms. They did a great job holding it and everyone had a fun time!
