Nelson Reunion

For the end of the Nelson Reunion, we had dinner and a bounce house slip and slide at Ashley and Jared's. We also celebrated Josh and Lucy's birthdays. 

Lagoon

As part of the Nelson family reunion, we spent a day at Lagoon. Megan and Josh and I don't love the big rides, so we hung out with Janet and Sarah and all the littles. I didn't mind one bit! Lia, Laura and Nate spent most of the day with Cam, Sarah and Darren and the middle kids on the big rides. Nate and Lia and Laura also went on the ski coaster where they got strapped in and lifted up on crane and then let go. They loved it, but it scared the heck out of me! It was a really fun day!

4th of July

We celebrated the 4th of July like we always do: at the East Millcreek parade and at Janet and Kent's and then down at BYU with my family. It was such a great day!

End of June

While Nate was at camp, the kids and I went downtown to the Arts Festival with Sarah and Ashley and their kids. Lia and Laura and Megan got henna tattoos. They had been wanting them for a long time and were so excited! Megan was also really excited about the target gift card she got in the mail and I was excited about the roses I cut from my bushes in the front yard. Next, Nate and I went ax throwing with our friends Vince and Susan. I was a little nervous about going (mostly nervous that I wasn't going to be any good), but we had a lot of fun! Also, we had dinner at Nelson's and Nate took this picture of Luann and me singing along while Laura played. And then I had to get a picture of Lia's drop and shop class. She does such a great job entertaining the kids. Lastly, we got to hang out with Jessica and Jordan for the day.
