Leopardi

Lia loved serving in Leopardi with Hermana Hopkinson. It was SO hot, but they managed to stay cool with a lot of ice cream. She also loved going to meetings where she got to see her mission leaders and all her friends from the mission. She had a baptism in Leopardi and met some members that became good friends. Since she would be spending another Christmas in Paraguay, she and "Hop" decided to go on a shopping spree and buy all kinds of decorations (which really only cost a few dollars down there). I loved seeing her so happy!

Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving with the Nelsons and our friend Daniel came to take pictures again. He came to our house first and brought the books he made us from my family's thanksgiving the year before (they turned out awesome!) and took pictures of us getting the food ready that we were taking to Nelsons. Nate and Josh made pulled ham and burnt ends on the Traeger and I made sweet potatoes and some pies. It was fun getting ready and it was a great day to be together, even though we missed Lia!
