Some bright spots in bleak January...
Laura feels how I do, I think--she's ready for summer! She puts on her swimming suit just about every day. Josh was trying to join in on the fun here by climbing up on the table.
Guess who came to our house? The tooth fairy! Thanks to a little help from Grandpa Nelson, Lia lost her first tooth and was so excited! Apparently there are three more loose teeth now.
I'm not quite sure how I feel about this picture...they all look darling, but they're glued to the TV, even Josh. I think he lasted about two seconds after I took the picture, but he was pretty tuned in for a couple minutes.
Lia after her first piano lesson. She's been begging us for months to take piano from our friend and neighbor Jennifer and we finally have a REAL piano for her to practice on, which I'll explain in the next picture.
This was an early Christmas present from Nate's aunt and uncle. We're actually just "piano sitting" while they're on their mission, but we couldn't be more excited! Nate's been brushing up on his piano skills and is a great helper for Lia. I love to him hear play and I have even sat down once or twice to pluck out a few notes.

Love the swimsuit idea, maybe I should put mine on, I feel the same way! January Blah's
Very cool you get to babysit a piano!
Lia looks so cute with that space in her mouth. And, why is it that girls love to play in their swimuits? When I got out of the shower the other day, my girls were both runing around in theirs. Silly girls.
I think it's so awesome that you get to have a piano (for awhile at least). What a great opportunity for Lia!
Does that mean Nate will play a panio piece in Church? Thanks for all you have done for us in this last month. It has meant so much to us. I am with the girls it should be warm weather again.
It's always nice to see the pictures that go with what goes on at your house. :)
Your three look my two...every day in front of the T.V. :)
I can see the finger nail marks in your neck nate. I guess you'd better practice a little more. Do you guys use a digital or analog timer?
Looks like Nate needs a larger book. I am so glad you guys got a piano, I cannot wait for Amelia's recital!
So much fun about the teeth and piano. Kaitlyn has a few loose but is for some reason scared to lose it. She is also begging us to take piano, but we told her she had to be in first grade! hope you are feeling better.
