My Birthday

I celebrated my 30th birthday last week and it is definitely one I will never forget! Nate made me breakfast that morning (which was so great I made him take a picture of it), the girls decorated and wrote me notes, my parents took the kids and I out to dinner while Nate was at girls camp, and my sisters and mom all came over that night to keep me company while Nate was gone. The next day Nate and I planned to go out to dinner, which I was really excited about. We needed a date, especially with the baby coming so soon. Dinner and the activities the day before would have been enough, but much to my surprise (really, I was totally surprised), Nate planned a party for me with our families and a few friends that night when we got home from dinner. I felt so spoiled!! And to add to it all, my mom and mother-in-law stayed and helped get everything back in order so I wouldn't stress about the house being clean for the baby. All I have to say is thank you, thank you, thank you--mostly to Nate for being so great and sweet as usual, and to my kids who make my life so much more fun and also to our family and friends. We have had more love and support shown to us the last several months than I know what to do with and for that I will be forever grateful.
