For fall break we went to Capitol Reef National Park with Cam and Sarah and their family. It was our first time trying out our "new" trailer. We loved it! The first night was great. The second night it got really windy and cold. Because it was so windy, we couldn't spend the time to figure out how the heater worked. So, it was pretty chilly that night. But, we survived and replaced the pole that bent in the wind. We saw petroglyphs while we were there and went four wheeling in our Sequoia. It got a few scratches, and got high centered on a hill at one point (it took about an hour of trying and a little push from Cam's truck to get it unstuck, but we did it), but overall it did awesome on the trail! Nate and Lia LOVED it while it made Laura, Josh and Megan and me a little nervous. All in all, it was a great trip! Capitol Reef is beautiful, it was really fun trying out the trailer, and we had a great time with Cam, Sarah, Lucy, Nora and Patrick.
