Mid May

In the middle of May, Megan invited me along with all the other moms in her class to a Mother's Day breakfast at school. She was in charge of toast. She was so cute and it was so fun to be with her! Megan also discovered she can climb the rocks on our fireplace. And Nate had cataract surgery. He had a cataract on his eye for 20 years and after meeting our medical deductible at the first of the year, we decided to finally get it fixed. It didn't work out as well as we had hoped (he's not able to see out of that eye like we hoped), but we tried. Laura also had a choir concert. She doesn't love choir, but she was excited about this concert and it was great! And lastly, Laura had a piano competition. She played her piece beautifully and earned an honorable mention ribbon.
