On our last day there, we hiked down to a waterfall and swimming hole and had lunch. Those who wanted to swim went swimming--if they were willing to jump off the ledge to get to the swimming hole. Nate and the kids were much braver than I was. It took the whole time we were there for me to decide I wanted to jump in. And then I stood on the top for probably 30 to 45 minutes trying to summon the courage to jump in. Just when everyone was getting ready to leave, I finally made the jump. I don't know why I am such a chicken! But I was glad I did it and I was grateful to everyone for being so patient with me. There were beautiful views all the way down to the swimming hole and waterfall and all the way back up. It was a great way to end the trip! We did a lot of hiking, ate a lot of good food, and had fun with the Farmers. And it was so nice to have a change of scenery!
