Start of a New School Year

In preparation for the new school year, Janet had a back to school lunch for all the grandkids. She's always great about doing things like that. Josh started his junior year and Megan her freshman year. Our friend Logan from our ward was in Megan's peer tutor class (its a class for kids with special needs and Megan was one of the mentors) and they were both excited about being together (and Logan's mom was very grateful). We also did a lot of mountain biking with the team and Megan had her first race at Soldier Hollow. That course is a hard course and then she had a good crash at the beginning. But, she finished strong and was excited to be back racing again. We missed having Josh with us (he decided not to do the team), but we were excited to be doing it with Megan. Next, Laura said goodbye to a lot of her friends as they left on missions, we had a Nelson family reunion, and Josh decided to ask his friend Anna from work to Lone Peak's homecoming dance (we were so surprised and excited for him!).
