We left Lahaina where we were for the first part of our stay in Maui and drove to Hana. Hana is in the southern part of Maui and it is beautiful! The "Road to Hannah" is a famous drive down a very green, very windy, very narrow road. Along the way there are lots of waterfalls and hikes and places to explore. We stopped to see some of those places, get shaved ice and banana bread, and go swimming before arriving at our resort. Nate and I had done it before and it was even more beautiful than I remembered. And the resort was even prettier than I thought it would be. Nate's boss developed the resort and he set it up for us. We stayed in the plantation house on the property and not only was it super nice, it was bigger than we needed. It was a dream and we felt so spoiled!
