Nate and I received a last minute invitation to go to Punta Pita, Mexico with one of the partners at his firm and some friends of theirs. We were surprised by the invitation and weren't sure if we could make it work, but we did. We left the kids at home alone, but they did great taking care of things and we had a really, really fun time! We stayed in a beautiful place, hung out in the infinity pool on the balcony, golfed (actually the boys golfed and the girls drove the carts which we were great with), ate good food, played games, went to the beach, and got to know our new friends better. It was a dreamy vacation and I was so glad we got to go!
